14-Day Window
Post-Dispatch Claims
All integrity claims must be filed within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Supporting photographic evidence is required.
Research Only
No Returns on Opened Compounds
Once a compound seal is broken, the product cannot be returned due to contamination and chain-of-custody protocols.
Refund Methodology
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are issued at the exchange rate recorded at the time of the original transaction. Partial refunds are available for shipments where only specific items were compromised. Shipping costs are refunded only in cases of carrier-attributed damage.
